refund policy

 Belldews Trade Services operates as a consultancy service provider. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the following refund terms:
 

1. Our service fee is strictly non-refundable once any part of the service has been rendered or documentation initiated.
2. We provide services to the best of our knowledge and capability but do not guarantee visa approvals.
3. In case of a visa refusal, no refund shall be applicable. However, we will reprocess your file for a second attempt without charging our service fee again.
4. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful documents. Any visa denial or legal consequence due to document misrepresentation will not entitle the client to a refund.
5. All payments made toward government agencies, notaries, legalization, insurance, visa application, or university fees are non-refundable and must be paid separately by the client.
