Shipping Policies

We dispatch your orders through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location). In case customer hasn’t received the order but he got the order delivered confirmation by BTS or logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case customer has to report us within 48 hours after getting order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation message. We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc. 

 Customized orders may take time. The delivery schedules for customized orders shall be notified at the time of accepting the order.

Returns.

We of course do our very best to ensure that the products we dispatch are correct and undamaged. But if ever a customer receives a damaged or a wrong product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 24 hrs of receiving the product. We will re-dispatch a new package or process the refund within 24 hrs of your return confirmation. Reflecting of the refunded amount in your original source of payment may take upto 7-10 days depending upon the bank. There are few things, which customer needs to make sure before returning the product.
(1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
(2) The item must be in the original packaging.
