 1. Belldews Trade Services provides visa, study abroad, and counseling services based on current policies, public guidelines, and partner resources.
2. Our services include documentation assistance, SOP writing, admission support, visa file preparation, and post-visa guidance.
3. Visa issuance is the sole discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. We do not guarantee any visa approvals.
4. We advise all clients to use authentic and truthful documentation. Any visa refusal or legal issue due to misrepresentation or forged documents is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
5. We are not liable for any losses due to visa refusals, delayed embassy responses, policy changes, or personal ineligibility.
6. Our service fee is exclusive of government or third-party charges (application fee, courier, insurance, medicals, translations, attestation, etc.) which must be paid directly by the client.
7. Any legal dispute arising from our services will fall under the jurisdiction of Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
